Orders over $50 always enjoy free standard shipping. There is a $5 everyday shipping cost for standard shipping on orders under $50. Any order can be shipped with 2-day (business day) expedited shipping for $15.

For products sold by C&F Home, carol & frank, Gallerie II, and Rightside Design, we ship your order from our main warehouse Newport News, VA.

Delivery times will vary based on location and the options you choose at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days. You can also choose 2-day shipping to guarantee that your item will ship within 2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, just log into your account and look at your orders to find your tracking information.

We work with skilled artisans and use high-quality materials to ensure you receive an exceptional product, and we stand behind each collection we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your product.

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call our customer service representatives between 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday at 888.889.9868 or email us at PLUM&POST EMAIL to find out if you can alter your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be altered but may be returned for a replacement or refund. Please see the returns page for more information. 

If you made a purchase through a third-party retailer (such as Target, Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, or another authorized seller), all returns, exchanges, and order cancellations must be processed directly through that retailer and are subject to their individual return policies. We are unable to process third-party orders on our website.

Plum & Post collaborates with skilled artisans to bring handcrafted beauty and style to your home. Many pieces are hand quilted, hand dyed, hand embellished, or hand woven. This means that our collections feature completely unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that each display subtle variation.
